Shape Up Sunday - Week Three

Considering that this weekend was treat central for me (a food centered fundraising Friday at work & my niece staying over) I was fully prepared to accept a gain this week. I don't know how, but I've still managed to pull a loss out of the bag - maybe this weekend will come back to haunt me next week!

Autumn Clothes Haul

I haven't been clothes shopping all that much in recent months, but last weekend I really went to town on stocking up on my autumn/winter wardrobe! It seems to be either all or nothing with me - either I'll go shopping and come back with nothing, or I'll have bags and bags full. And I'm ashamed to say I wasn't done when I got home - I have another online order on it's way, which I should get in the next couple of days. Hopefully this little haul will satisfy me for a while and I won't feel the urge to shop again for some time - I don't think my bank balance could cope!

Shape Up Sunday- Week Two

This week has been an improvement on the first for sure. I did my first full week of full time hours at work this week since being off ill so I've been pretty exhausted this week but I've made sure I've pushed myself to do some exercise before I take a nap and, with the exception of one big chocolate treat, my diet has been pretty much on track.

Sanctuary 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask

This face mask has been doing the rounds within the beauty community recently, with a lot of hype surrounding it. Sanctuary is a brand I've heard a lot about but not really tried too much from their range, though I do really like their body butter! After hearing so many people rave about this mask I decided it was time to give it a go. My skin can be pretty sensitive so, rather than buy a big tube and find out I can't use it, I decided to buy one of the sachets to give it a testing before I fully commit.

Shape Up Sunday - Week One

I think it's safe to say my first week has not been the best of starts. Having started back at work full time (then having to reduce my hours again after just one day!) I've been pretty exhausted and fitness has taken a back seat while I'm still recovering from my illness. It's pretty gutting since that was the area I was keen to improve on the most, but I feel like next week and can start to push myself a little further. But, at least I did manage to lose some weight!
